Lacey and Eric were married last August at the Montana Cielo Estate in Jamul. Lacey and Eric wanted a comfy backyard style wedding with a great view. They definitely got it for their Montana Cielo wedding! The private estate was theirs for the entire day. Lacey got ready in the private suite on-site, and the groomsmen took over the pool house. This was the perfect mix so that the groom did not see the bride prior to the ceremony.
The ceremony was held just adjacent to the pool. It was simply decorated by clusters of yellow and white florals, since the venue was so beautiful already they did not need to do much to accent the space. I love how the natural colors of the estate look even better with the yellow touches. After the ceremony, guests got to enjoy the massive views of the valley below the estate.
The bride and groom were whisked away for a photo shoot with their bridal party. The valley backdrop made a beautiful setting for some amazing photos. The bride and groom even played in the pool for some photos!
The photo above is my favorite touch of the day is the favor table. I loved being able to make it into a fun sign for the couple.
Guest tables were laid out around the pool and simply accented by floating flowers. Their cupcake display had a fun topper of the bride and groom playing baseball. The cake cutting was really interesting, and both the bride and groom ended up covered in cake all over their faces!
This wedding is a fantastic example of how a wedding can be done simply, but elegantly and on a good budget. Thank you to Lacey and Eric for allowing me to share in their special day!
