Heather and Ben were married in January at the Coronado Community Center in Coronado.
I so enjoyed this couple. They balance each other out extremely well, and took a great teamwork approach to wedding planning.
There’s something so magical and special about a January Coronado Community Center Wedding! We are so lucky here in San Diego to be able to have an outdoor wedding in January, where Heather was able to be in a strapless dress and if she were elsewhere, she might have worn a parka!
Heather and Ben opted for a first look at the Coronado Marriott. This is our favorite Marriott property in San Diego. Both the interior and exterior make for great bridal party photos!
The sun came out right as Heather exited the limo. I designed a “dual” aisle layout, lined with candles. The ladies walked down one aisle, and the men walked down the opposite side. It was a fun and modern twist on the traditional, perfect for Heather and Ben.
The Bride made all of the boutonnieres for a personal touch.
Heather and Ben wanted a very clean and romantic reception space with lots of modern touches. We utilized LED lights in the vases for extra glow, as well as a gobo created by Mike Hogan.
Almost every single guest was on hand for a send-off at the end of the evening. I always love a sparkler send-off! Heather and Ben, I enjoyed working with you. Thank you for teaching me so much about wine, and being an absolute pleasure. Congrats!
