I Do…Weddings! offers full-service event design and coordination, month-of coordination, and design and floral services. We specialize in destination weddings, interfaith weddings, and out-of-the-box wedding locations. We believe all weddings are unique, and because of this, our packages are tailored specifically to the needs of each client.
For example, we recently worked with an amazing couple, Jennifer and Jeremy, who tied the knot at the Coronado Marriott. With the Coronado Bridge and downtown San Diego skyline as a backdrop, this wedding was gorgeous!
Jennifer is the third in a group of girls I have had the opportunity to work with on their wedding plans. It was fun to make sure the weddings were all different and uniquely special, as some of the guests attended all three events.
The beautiful bride carried this bouquet of dhalias, garden roses, white orchids, white hydranga and pink ranunculus that I created for her! It was soft and romantic, with modern touches. I included a key on the wrap of her bouquet, similar to the one added to the Groom’s boutonniere.
True Photography photographed the Groom and Groomsmen just before the ceremony, in the bay in Coronado, adjacent to the Marriott. It was a really fun bridal party, which is very evident in this photo!
Jeremy was the Best Man at one of my events last year. It was great to have the opportunity to work with him as both the Best Man and also as the Groom.
Here are the newlyweds right after they said “I Do!” I love this moment. We were hoping that the weather would turn out OK for the big day, so I was thrilled that the sun was shining brightly!
Jen gave each of her parents a handkerchief with a personal message embroidered on it. What great gifts!
A lot of time and effort was placed in the details and decor of the tent. Because we had the gorgeous view of the downtown San Diego skyline, we played with tent decoration and color ideas to complement the background. I absolutely love this shot of Jen and Jeremy!
Our company’s style is ever changing, and ever evolving. My personal aesthetic is simple, natural and clean. I enjoy enhancing the natural surroundings, and infusing lots of small touches that are personal to the couple.
The love is truly evident between Jen and Jeremy! They are extremely in sync, and supportive of each other. I was continually impressed with the way they made decisions together and kept true to their wedding vision. I recently looked back at my notes from our first meeting and found that their priorities on their wedding day didn’t waiver at all! They had a very strong vision, and I was really pleased with the execution and subtle details.
We had a beautiful sunset that day. Since we did not have a sign that said “Thank You” for thank you cards, I borrowed this chalkboard from the photo booth company and quickly wrote out “Thank You.” The couple used this shot for their thank you cards, and the card is sitting on my desk as we speak!
