Melanie married Doug in September at Leo Carillo Ranch. Melanie being a great photographer, had a fantastic eye for details. She was a DIY bride. She was so creative in her details that the wedding could not have been more spectacular!
It was a beautiful day at the Leo Carrillo Ranch to have a wedding. Melanie made over 100 vases and she supplied me with florals to design on the wedding day. This is a jackpot for a coordinator to be creative with the styling of the wedding. I knew that Melanie trusted me, and we had enough communication throughout the process to make sure that I had her vision in tact! It was such a fun way to be part of her wedding. The guest tables had vases, signs, candles and each table with a different table cloth. It looked beautiful! It was a very eclectic wedding.
She had chalkboard signs I got to detail with the help of our I Do…Weddings interns! It was like being a barista at Starbucks. I had about 15 boxes of personal items that made the wedding special and very personal for the bride and groom. They had light up signs for the bar the dance floor and the wedding itself. It was such a fun way to show their love! The best part of the wedding had to be the live peacocks roaming around the wedding. It was a fun entertaining add-on to the wedding.
Melanie and Doug were a fun-loving, creative couple. It made the wedding fantastic! Even the bridal party joined in and did a creative dance for the couple. The party was such an entertaining event to watch. All the guests enjoyed good food, good fun, and an amazing love story. Because the couple was open to everything and anything, their photos turned out amazing. I love getting to know my brides and share in their special day!
